Very sweet strawberry-flavoured early season apple raised by William in gall of Grimoldy, Lincs in the first quarter of the 1900s. Handsome dark maroon fruit with firm white flesh. Makes a lovely small spreading tree.This dessert Apple is believed to have originated from Lincolnshire, UK in 1930
