Ulmus x hollandica 'Dampieri Aurea' Fthd 125-150cm RB (B)

Sold Out

This variant of the ‘Dutch Elm’ is a hybrid of Ulmus glabra and Ulmus minor, and makes a small upright tree to 5m (15ft) well suited to a garden situation. Tiny red flowers open in late March, followed by winged green fruit, and the golden-yellow leaves (which are broad with a dark-green rough upper surface, and paler undersides) make the tree look like a pillar of gold once established.
