Description
Pure white semi-double, with crinkly flowers. Good disease resistance. Raised by Charles Pierre Marie Cochet-Cochet (France) 1892 from a cross between Seedling of Rosa rugosa 'Alba'. Favoured by Vita Sackville-West, this is a hardy dependable rose, that thrives from Canada to Austria. The blooms can be spoiled by rain, but otherwise is a 'must' in any 'White garden'. RHS AGM 1993
