Large silvery-pink single blooms, with a fringe of pale stamens. Excellent disease resistance. Raised by Hastrup (Denmark) 1914.Compact and healthy, with a fantastic display of pink, fragrant flowers all season, followed by large red hips. Makes an excellent thorny screen or hedge.RHS AGM 1993
