Description

Makes a striking display of cream blooms with ruffled petals that are edged with dark-pink. Good disease resistance. Raised by Samuel McGredy II (Ireland) 1965 from a cross between Columbine x Gruss an Heidelburg.Creating a sensation when launched, ‘Handel’ was the first peat-flowering climber to have the dark-edged petals.
