Sorbus hupehensis 'Pink Pagoda'
£30.00 - £45.00
Rowan 'Pink Pagoda' is a compact medium-sized deciduous tree from central China, which in maturity will reahc 8m. It bears blue-green ferny or pinnate leaves and white flowers that appear in May or early June followed by rosy-pink fruits. These (like many sorbus) have an unfortunate meaty fragrance that flies adore. In autumn the leaves turn a fiery red and as they drop they reveal a purple-grey winter skeleton and well-spaced clusters of opalescent berries.
