Description

A wonderful old French cider variety, used to make Royal Guillevic - a true Breton Champagne. The apple, originally from South Brittany was rescued with grafts from an old tree in the late 1980s, exact origin unknown but believed to be of significant age. Produces a sweet, golden and highly aromatic cider, similar colour to Champagne.
