Description
T. fosteriana is a species tulip named after the British botanist Michael Foster. The group of tulip cultivars which have been bred from this are all superb varieties, with large, bowl-shaped flowers up to 12cm wide, and more importantly they are great for naturalising, coming back year after year. This mix is based on pastel tones of white, yellow and blush pink, with some double white viridflora tulips for contrast.Flower height: 35-40cm

Planting density:For a show-stopping display, plant at 100 bulbs per metre squared. Otherwise plant in clumps of 12-15 bulbs between existing shrubs and herbaceous.
