NEW 2026/27 SEASON DELIVERY AND COLLECTION INFORMATION
Bare Root Rose Orders
We will start lifting bare root roses on Monday 2nd November 2026. All exisitng orders already placed with us by that date will be sent out in the first ten days in November (unless we have specifically agreed an alternative date with you). All new orders after that date should be sent out within 7 working days of the order being received (weather-permitting).
Orders are normally sent out by overnight courier, tracking information will be sent via email on the day the parcel leaves us.
Collections - if you have chosen to collect your order from the nursery, we will be in touch by email/phone to arrange this. When we have agreed a convenient date with you, we will lift your roses on the morning you are due to collect, so they are as fresh as possible for you.
Fruit Tree, Hedging and Ornamental Tree Orders
We are hoping to start lifting and despatching orders for hedging, soft fruit, top fruit and ornamental trees as from Monday 16th November. This is a slightly later start than normal due to the mild autumn weather delaying dormancy. Orders are then normally sent out 'first come, first served'. At the start of the season we have a large backlog of orders which have been placed over the summer months, so there will be an unavoidable delay for new orders while we clear this. We will always do our best to meet your delivery timescale, please get in touch if you have any queries.
