Named after its breeder Rudolph Boysen, this is a thornless boysenberry, formed by crossing between a blackberry, a raspberry, and loganberry, and bearing similarly delicious large purple-black fruit. Very hardy and drought tolerant. Best grown on wires on the Guyot principle.
