Iris chrysographes 'Black Knight'

Black Iris. Closely related to Siberian Iris and enjoying similar conditions, this deep purple, nearly black Iris produces elegant stems with the dark flowers in June above strappy upright foliage. Moist soil conditions, ideal on a pond edge or boggy area. Height 50cm.
