All remaining orders will be sent out to arrive before Easter.
Bare root rose orders
All new orders should be sent out within 7 working days of the order being received (weather-permitting).
Orders are normally sent out by overnight courier, tracking information will be sent via email on the day the parcel leaves us.
Collections - if you have chosen to collect your order from the nursery, we will be in touch by email/phone to arrange this. When we have agreed a convenient date with you, we will lift your roses on the morning you are due to collect, so they are as fresh as possible for you.
Fruit Tree, Hedging and Ornamental Tree orders
Currently working on a 1-2 week turnaround for new orders. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to fit in with your plans.
