Bare root rose orders

We have started to lift and send out bare root roses now, and are working through exisitng orders as quickly as we can. All new orders should be sent out within 7 working days of the order being received. 

Orders are normally sent out by overnight courier, tracking information will be sent via email on the day the parcel leaves us.

Collections - if you have chosen to collect your order from the nursery, we will be in touch by email/phone to arrange this. When we have agreed a convenient date with you, we will lift your roses on the morning you are due to collect, so they are as fresh as possible for you.

Fruit Tree, Hedging and Ornamental Tree orders

Currently working on a 3-4 week turnaround for new orders, so any orders placed after 1st December will be sent out in January 2026. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to fit in with your plans.

Soft fruit orders

Strawberry plants available soon - aiming to start despatch 4th December.

The runners need a little more time than normal to develop a good root system, due to the hot dry summer. Any order containing strawberry plants will be delayed until early December onwards.

Orders for other soft fruit will start to be sent out as from Monday 10th November. If you have chosen to collect your order from the nursery, we will be in touch by email/phone to arrange this. When we have agreed a convenient date with you, we will lift your plants on the morning you are due to collect, so they are as fresh as possible for you.
