£30.00 - £60.00
Malus 'Evereste' is an ornamental cultivar of the crab apple developed by the Institut national de la recherche agronomique in the mid 1970s. It makes a conical tree with dark green leaves, and bears spectacular spring blossom. The flowers are freely borne and are red in bud but open white. In autumn it gives another fantastic show, with masses of red-flushed, orange-yellow fruits 2.5cm across, which often hang on through the winter.
