Description
By far the most well known and popular variety in this division and it is easy to see why. The pure white perianth petals are all separate and often develop a curious twist to them. The pure-white cup faces downward, with a flared and slightly crinkled mouth. It is reliable, grows well in the garden or in pots and is an excellent naturalising bulb. Height 30cm (12"). Flowers late. Pre 1916.
