Description

A much loved plant by flower arrangers. A cluster of bell-shaped, pendulous, greenish-brown flowers with darker stripes are carried on strong stems. The flowers last for a long time and as they age and turn to seed they have the curious habit of rising to become erect. Unlike Alliums, to which they are often compared, these will grow in shade. Flowers during May. Height 90cm (36").
