Description
Onoclea sensibilis
£0.00
Sensitive Fern. Named as its foliage is sensitive to frosts, although the plant itself is perfectly hardy. Lush apple-green fronds are produced in abundance in late Spring, broad and bold in appearance, so a lovely counterpoint to the feathery foliage of many other ferns, as well as other moisure loving perennials such as candelabra primulas and marsh marigolds. Will take some sun as long as the soil remains moist.
