Description
Probably the best mid-season pear for garden cultivation. Light green fruits with a pinkish-red flush have a creamy-white very fine flesh which melts in the mouth. The flavour is sweet and rich with a nice balancing acidity and plenty of juice. Its only downfall is that is the short season of use.
