Large and very pretty pink edged blooms with a pale centre and rich golden stamens.. Good disease resistance. Raised by W. Kordes & Sons (Germany) 1942 from a cross between (E.G.Hill x Cathrine Kordes) x Altaica.The single blooms appear from early springtime, and perch on top of the long arching stemsRHS AGM 2012
