Pointed buds open to golden-yellow blooms with ruffled petals, which fade to lemon and cream. Good disease resistance. Raised by Dr. Walter E. Lammerts (USA) 1956 from a cross between Charlotte Armstrong x Captain Thomas.An excellent choice for fragrant golden yellow blooms all season long, good weather resistance. Thick glossy seems bear a magnificent first and last flowing of the season, with smaller number of blooms in between
