A pretty, small flowered rugosa with deep red double flowers that have a frilled edge. Excellent disease resistance. Raised by FJ Grootendoorst (Denmark) 1936 from a sport of F.J.Grootendoorst.A sport of F.J. Grootendorst, identical to its ‘parent’ except for colour. Can occasionally revert to the originator.
