Single, strikingly orange-red flowers with yellow stamens.. Good disease resistance. Raised by () 1938 from a cross between Seedling of rosa moyesii, and was introduced by RHS in 1938.A selected cultivar of Rosa moyesii - the chief difference is in the more vivid colouring of the flowers, which (as the name might indicate) are ‘Geranium’ red.RHS AGM 1993
