Description

A lovely native tree that deserves to be used more widely - handsome foliage, large open sprays of white flowers with bright yellow anthers and fine fruit in autumn. It was formerly grown for its fruit - chequers - as a drink was brewed from it. Great foliage colour in the autumn.
