Description

Italian Bugloss. Loved most for the intense gentian-blue flowers that are held on stems above the basal whorls of stiff, hairy foliage from May to July, the flowers are not only loved by bees and butterflies but also, they are edible, and look delightful when frozen into ice cubes for your summer garden drinks. Full sun in moist but well drained soil. Height 90cm.
