Description
Found in the early 1900s on Wright's Nursery, North Walsham, Norfolk. Very striking fruit - bright red flush over a pale yellow background, with a superb flavour, sweet, crisp and very juicy. This is one of the few early season apples with a greasy skin, so although can be eaten warm off the tree in September, this will also store through until Christmas. For help with choosing the correct rootstock for your needs, please click here A Guide to Rootstocks
