DescriptionFound in the early 1900s on Wright's Nursery, North Walsham, Norfolk. Very striking fruit - bright red flush over a pale yellow background, with a superb flavour, sweet, crisp and very juicy. This is one of the few early season apples with a greasy skin, so although can be eaten warm off the tree in September, this will also store through until Christmas.
