Description
Believed to have been raised in the mid-1800s in Stamford, Lincs, this is a very hardy, heavy cropping late season cooking apple. Cooks to a sharp, fruity white puree, and has the advantage of not discolouring on cooking. For help with choosing the correct rootstock for your needs, please click here A Guide to Rootstocks
