Description
Believed to have been introduced into France in the mid-1800s by a soldier, Nicolas Puy, returning from the Crimea, this is a high quality late dessert apple. Medium-sized pale yellow fruit, heavily flushed with bright red, firm flesh and a strong fruity taste with a good aroma.
