Description

Shaggy Shield Fern. Although a native to Asia, where it grows over a wide range throughout India, Thailand, China and Japan, it is very well-suited to growing in UK conditions and is perfectly hardy. Prefers damp, dappled shade but will actually tolerate a sunnier position if the soil remains moist. A lovely, easy-to-grow fern, with bold dark green foliage.
