Description
Kadota produces heavy crops of medium sized flattened green figs that ripen to a yellow green colour. The fruit has white flesh and an amber pulp with small seeds and excellent flavour. Not the sweetest for fresh eating, but they take well to being poached in white wine, or used to make jams and preserves. The tree is of upright habit, requiring only a little annual pruning to slow growth. For help with choosing the correct rootstock for your needs, please click here A Guide to Rootstocks
