Description

The loganberry is a natural cross between a raspberry and a blackberry, which first appeared in 1881 in the garden of Judge J. Harvey Logan of Santa Cruz. The loganberry grows like a blackberry, and bears berries that look and taste more like a large dark-red raspberry. Fruit are most suitable for jams and pies and freezing. Best grown on wires on the ‘Guyot’ principle.
