Description

Spring Pea. A clump-forming hardy herbaceous perennial pea plant, native throughout Europe. Early flowering, the foliage is pointed and followed by sprays of purple vetch-like flowers in early spring. Very pretty ground cover, thriving in humus-rich lightly dappled shade. Typically dormant by mid summer. Height up to 45cm.
