Description

We are delighted to be able to offer this very old culinary variety from the 1700s - the huge bright red angular fruit are a spectacular sight in late September. Early season variety which cooks to a sweet puree and makes a fine Apple Charlotte. Very hardy, crops well even in exposed positions. Exact origin unknown, but thought to be from Denmark.
