Description
Also known as the Korean Giant this is one of the last to ripen and the largest of the Asian pears, prized for size, flavour, and storage. Fruit is round and covered with heavy brown russet, flesh is crisp, juicy, and sweet. The tree is vigorous and upright. Olympic is slightly more winter hardy than most other Asian pears.
