Nyssa sylvatica
£135.00
A native of swampland and woods in eastern N America, this makes a fine specimen tree with outstanding autumn colour when the dark green leaves turn vivid shades of red, orange and yellow. Introduced into the UK before 1750, but has remained relatively scarce in this country, even though it tolerates most soils except very dry and is perfectly hardy.
