Description

Often mistaken for a holly, this has similar shaped leaves. However the prickles are not nearly so bad!. During late summer small, very fragrant, white flowers are produced. It will often go on flowering right through the autumn. Again it prefers to be out of the cold winds. Height 1.2m (4ft), but very slow growing. Will be fine in a container for a number of years.
