Description
A bud sport of the Pershore plum, this was introduced around 1900. Similar in most aspects to its parent - except for the colour of the fruit which is dark purple, it is an excellent variety for stewing and for jams. A good reliable culinary plum. For help with choosing the correct rootstock for your needs, please click here A Guide to Rootstocks
