Description

This spreading, deciduous tree has wonderful silver foliage bought about by the white, hairy undersides to the large, lobed leaves. When the wind catches it the effect is stunning. These leaves turn yellow in autumn. In early spring pendent red male and green female catkins are produced. It does get quite large but if you have the space it's well worth it.
