Description

A colourful bud-sport from Ellison's Orange, discovered in orchards near Wisbech by Harold C. Delby in 1948. Richly coloured red fruits borne prolifically, very juicy and distinctly flavoured. This variety has retained all the attributes of its parent, not least of which is its high resistance to scab and frost.This self-fertile dessert Apple is believed to have originated from Cambridgeshire, UK in 1948
