Chauvry (France) 1901 from a sport of Caroline Testout from a cross between Madame de Tartas x Lady Mary Fitzwilliam.This ‘sport’ tolerates shade, and delivers a profusion of large flowers from the main flowering until the autumn. Madame Testout was a late 19th C couturiere from Grenoble, with fashionable salons in London and in Paris.
