Raised by Alexander Dickson II (Ireland) 1919 from a sport of Zephirine Drouhin.A ‘sport' of the thornless rose Zéphirine Drouhin, and retaining its semi-double form, this variety has darker reverse to the petals, and can be grown as a climber
