Description
Fruit has a strong flavour, though sweet and juicy. Excellent late variety. It was grown from a pip in the garden of Rectory House, Sturmer, Haverhill, Suffolk by Mr Dillistone c1800. It was believed to be a cross between Ribston Pippin and Nonpareil.
