Description
Heartleaf Foamflower. A pretty late spring/early summer flowering hardy perennial producing a mound of heart shaped pale green foliage topped with dainty white-pale pink flower spires from April - June. Thrives in full to partial shade in moist but drained soil. Height 20cm, spread 30cm.
