Description

A handsome stately tree. Branches are erect, though pendulous at the tip. Leaves are dark green above and silvery-white beneath, covered in masses of hairs. This helps to make it unattractive to aphids. Beard very fragrant, white flowers in mid summer. A particularly resilient variety able to withstand heat, cold and drought.
