Description

Raised by Charles Turner of Slough in 1912, this is one of the best early cooking apples. The fine-flavoured fruit are large, round, greenish-yellow and plentiful. The large pink blooms are exceptionally beautiful, contributing to making an attractive espalier. Growth is fairly vigorous and upright with good resistance to scab. Award of Garden Merit from the RHS in 1995.This partially self-fertile culinary Apple is believed to have originated from Berkshire, UK in 1912
