Description

Native to North America, Panicum (or Switch Grass) 'Thundercloud' is another valuable addition to grass borders and 'Prairie' planting schemes. The upright blue-green foliage turns wine-red in autumn, followed by attractively weeping panicles of tiny pinkish tan flowers from late summer onwards.
