Description

An upright tree when young with ascending branches, gradually becoming more spreading with age. In early spring bears masses of solitary, cup shaped pale pink flowers, opening from deep pink buds. The young foliage has a pretty reddish tint to it and the autumn colours of orange and red are beautiful.
