Salvia officinalis 'Berggarten'

£0.00

Description

This variety of the common Sage serves as both a culinary herb and an ornamental perennial. The grey-green foliage is large and round forming a low semi-evergreen mound with spikes of violet-blue flowers that are attractive to butterflies and pollinators in early summer. The leaves can be used in cooking as with common Sage. Cut plants back in spring to about 12-15cms.
